Ainhoa Restaurant opened its doors in 1983, with the help of Jesus Rouco River, and became a reference of traditional Basque-Navarre cuisine.
In 2001, José Manuel Ansorena Asador Fronton I left and adds to the adventure of Ainhoa, where it still offers the same kitchen from the previous step, but adding in the letter meat and grilled fish.
